Vientiane City

Vientiane is the sleepy capital of Laos situated along side the Mekong River. The quaint city is dotted with Buddhist temples, historical monuments, faded colonial French architecture and Chinese shophouses. Dramatic sunsets over the Mekong and Thailand  

Northern

The Northern of Laos such as Luang Nam Tha, Phongsali, Oudomxay, Houaphanh, Houixay, is the mountainous area, rich with natural resources. Many minority ethnic groups such as : Ikor, Tai Yao, Hmong, Khmu, Ho, Pounoy  call this home.-

Luang Prabang

Situated in the northern at the confluence of the Khan and Mekong rivers is the former royal capital, LuangPrabang. The city remains almost unchanged for the last century and boasts a fascinating array of shimmering gold temples, historic monuments and French colonial houses which gained its status as a World Heritage Site in 1995. It is an exceptionally charming city, a jewel, with a timeless atmosphere which can rarely be found in modern day Asia. The gentle atmosphere and its relatively small size make it ideal to explore on foot or by bicycle. LuangPrabang is also a gateway for exploring outer regions of the north visiting hill tribe villages and cruising on the Mekong river.

Xieng Khuang

Xeng Khuang province is one of the most mountainous regions in Laos. In addition to its rugged beauty, the province is particularly worth visiting for the mysterious Plain of Jars, situated a few kilometers outside the provincial capital of Phonsavan. The Plain of Jars consists of 500 gigantic stone Jars scattered randomly over an area of several hundred square meters, the jars date back to the 6th century and to this day, the exact use of the jars and is origin remain a mystery.

Southern

Pakse

Pakse is the capital of the Champassak province and gateway for exploring southern Laos. The town of Pakse boasts a very lively market as well as the Falls of Selabam and its dam. Located 46Km south of Pakse are the Khmer temple ruins of Wat Phou dating back to the 6th  century and was and important religious site from the 6th - 13th centuries. At the southwestern tip of Laos is Khone PhaPheng. Falls and Done Khone Island, the largest of the 4000 islands that appear after dry season.
